2. Product Information

Each piece is carefully crafted, and slight variations in color, finish, or detailing may occur. These are not considered defects but part of the uniqueness of our products.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in AED and are subject to change. Applicable taxes and duties may be added at checkout or upon delivery depending on your location.

4. Orders, Exchanges & Refunds

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled after processing has begun.

We accept exchanges and refunds within 3 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
• Requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order

Please note:
- Items that show signs of use, damage, or improper handling are not eligible
- Shipping fees are non-refundable

In the case of damaged or defective items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
